Easily and affordably return items you bought from us at any InPost Parcel Locker.
In our store, you don't have to worry about a size not fitting or an item not meeting your expectations in any other way. Thanks to our store's integration with affordable InPost Parcel Locker returns, you can shop without the stress and fear that returning an item will be a difficult process.
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return creator, which allows you to send your return package back to us via InPost Parcel Locker.

Print the form: Generate the return documents along with the address labels, and then print them.
Send the package: Place the packaged item and the return document in a box and seal it well.
Get a refund: You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Details on how to process your return

Log in to your account, then go to the returns panel and select the item you want to return.
In the next steps, choose a return by clicking on the "I will use the store's shipments" option and select how you would like to receive your refund.
Generate the return documents and address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document.
Place the packaged item and the return document in a shipping box and seal it well. You can reuse the box in which you received your order. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker to send your package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Please remember that the package dimensions cannot exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and a weight of 25 kg.
We will issue your refund, in the form you chose in the return creator, within 14 days of the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. It usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of its return.

The procedure described above is not a condition for exercising your statutory right to withdraw from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
